Drop off your items anytime during store hours! You don't need an appointment, it's first come, first serve and we can typically get you a quote in less than 24hrs!

How does it work?

1. Wash your items before bringing them in
2. Place in a bag, box, basket or bin (no hangers please)
3. Drop them off at the store and shop while you wait!
4. Our Certified Buyers wave their magic wand (they’ll inspect each item for spots, stains, holes, style, and signs of wear)
5. We enter everything we can buy into our software to get you a price quote
6. You get ca$h or store credit for the items you want to sell!

Who looks through the clothes?

Our Certified Buyers complete a custom Runway training program before reviewing items.

They carefully inspect each piece for style, condition, and current trends — looking for great brands in excellent shape (no spots, stains, holes, or heavy wear).

We also use pricing software to help ensure consistency and fairness.

What kinds of things do we take?

We’re looking for trendy name brand items in great condition! We buy all-seasons, all year round. 
Our favorite brands: Pacsun, Brandy Melville, American Eagle, Levis, Urban Outfitters, Vans, Nike, Lululemon and SO many more!

How long does it take?

If you’re bringing in a typical-sized batch (1 laundry basket or garbage bag), it usually takes 20–45 minutes per person.

We review items first-come, first-served, so timing can vary depending on how busy we are that day.

How much do we pay?

We pay you 20-40% cash or store credit (more for store credit). Higher end brands =  higher prices and percentage, and bigger payouts. 🤑 We have some great deals; everything in the store is priced 50-90% below retail and our offer is based on those amazing prices!

What sizes do you take?

We buy Junior and Young adult sizes:
XXS - XXL or 00-20 for girls/women
XS-XXL or 28-38 for guys/mens sizes
